I am the second house on the right hand side as you enter Broadoaks. I have two spaces so please park under the first flat window, on the right hand side of the house as you face the front door. Please park facing the house - please do not reverse into the drive. Remember to put your parking confirmation on your windscreen so that I can see you have the space booked. My parking space is on a private driveway close to the station. Epping Central line tube station is a few minutes walk via a lit footpath which is off Centre Drive, just past Woodland Grove. Once booked, your parking space is guaranteed.

Hi The space was easy to find and parking instructions were very clear. The walk to Epping station was easy and took 5 mins- met the host briefly and found that reassuring as I had not used this service before. Perfect solution for our trip to London during a train strike as you can't book the NCP car park at Epping station in advance.
