This was a disaster, after trying to make contact on our arrival, there was no response although I left a message. Although the call was returned, I could not hear the person at the other end and eventually, after some attempts had to give up and make alternative arrangements, which I must say cost me a tidy sum.

good secure parking space in quiet location that is handy for the buses into all parts of Brighton although it's not really that far to walk. Rang to say we were almost there and he was there to meet us with the gates already open for us. The parking space is located in the rear garden next to the garage.

Very pleased with the parking space - as described, was extremely secure! Only minor niggle is that communication and arranged access times is crucial if you need to get out. This is only a really, really minor inconvenience though, especially if you're planning to leave it for a long weekend. Parking area was a 17 minute walk to the main train station, but I'm (relatively) young and fit and know the area from previous visits. Those new to Brighton might want a GPS or map to hand, and considering it was only a fiver a day (expect £10-13 a day in most car parks), a walk up the hill with the wheelie suitcase was worth the savings ;-). Would highly recommend the spot!
