I am 1.36 miles "as the crow flies"- so ideal to avoid the match day parking restrictions throughout Coldean & other stadium surrounding areas.
c1.7 miles if you walk on the roads or c1.6 miles if you walk the way all the football fans do through the woods (Shingle pathway)
Walk will take you past the Hikers Rest Pub & the "official" parking that can be a challenge to get away from I am told, as it passes through a bridge that is only one car wide & can be a bottleneck & take some time to escape from after a match.

It's about 35 minute walk to the amex stadium but helps you avoid most of the traffic at the end of the match

Approx 30 minute walk to AMEX stadium from here, easy to find and park. Owner was very polite and helpful with instructions to walk to the stadium

Good space for the Amex which must be the worst stadium in the country to park near. It's a decent walk to ground but every space i've ever used at this ground is the same. Who builds a stadium in the middle of nowhere ?

Excellent space for visiting the Amex, approx 25/30 minute walk to the ground, far enough away to avoid most of the traffic after the game - Arthur is a nice bloke as well.

Exactly as advertised. Good location for AMEX stadium with 30 minute walk to ground. Easy to find and good size spaces. Owner greeted us and was helpful.
