5 mins from London Rd /15 mins Brighton Stationst

As the main car parks would have cost us £50 for two nights this was a superb alternative for us. Close to the house we rented so couldn't have been better especially as we were there for the Marathon weekend where parking space is in great demand

Good description of how to find the space and great location

I didn't book this until the night before, so was pleased when it went through ok. Sue was prompt in her reply to my email, which put my mind at rest due to our late booking. The directions were spot on and easy to find, with only being a 10/15min walk to our hotel. We checked on the car the first morning and everything was fine. Would definitely use this space again when visiting Brighton

Very convenient with a short walk to the city centre and reasonably priced compared to many of the other spaces available. And impressed with the speed of response from Sue when I had a query.

Sadly our plans changed and we could not use the parking space, I did text owner and she sent a nice text back. We drove past the house on Sunday to see where we would have parked for future ref and I was able to give 5 stars for review.

Hi Thanks for letting me use your car parking space. Directions were clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately, when I parked in the space I got a puncture from the parking post. I realise this was my fault but if you have have a big car because of the location of the space makes it quite difficult to reverse into (this is how I got the puncture). In future maybe you could advice people on how it is in quite an akward spot and is not suited to a larger car. Regards, R. Cooper

A safe, secure and well lit parking space located behind flats. Fairly central location. Overall a very good parking space, I don't understand why some people say it is too small, as it is just a standard size parking space. I would say that it would be worthwhile the owner adding more information to the description on here as I did message her for some clarification on the location, for example the entrance to the flat's car park is opposite to a care home across the road. Overall parking here was a straightforward painless experience and will definitely use again next time I visit my friends in Brighton.

Everything was fantastic - the booking, finding the space, description UNTIL I arrived there to find another vehicle parked in the space! Not ideal at 6.30am in the morning with time pressures!! Such a shame.

Space is NOT at all suitable for low cars!!! Due to the space being much lower than the road, both getting in and out of the space I scraped the underneath of my car!!! There was no way of getting in or out without having to scrape it!!! Also, the space was extremely difficult to find..it got to the extent of having to pay to park a street opposite and then walking to find the flats and the space before then parking!! Was still uneasy leaving car there as was still not 100% it was the right space as it's on a street of flats..with multiple flat 11's!!
