Very pleasant man good safe parking very helpfull

The parking was easy to find and very secure. The owner handled all communication very professionally and promptly. We had to change our arrival time twice but this was no problem to him.

No problems, Ken very helpful. Only thing to be aware of - it is not actually a space but a parking permit for the street, where there are parking bays. Not sure what you would do if there were not any spaces free in the parking bays? There was a space we could use so was fine

Worked very well and only a short walk from Edgbaston Cricket Ground.

Ken was great, even supplied us with a map. His place is easy to find. I was happy to pay the price knowing my car was safe and secure.

Ken was excellent, parking spot was secure and 3 minutes walk to the city centre.

Kenneth was lovely and met us in the morning to show us where to park and how to get to New Street. There is only a star missing for communication because when we arrived back we couldn't get hold of Kenneth by phone and only managed it when my daughter pressed the doorbell harder than I had. We were tired after a happy but long day and we lost at least half an hour trying to contact Kenneth. All was well in the end though and we would use Kenneth's space again if we had any reason to park in central Birmingham again.
