Excellent place for 1st time visit to Villa Park - easy to find and quick to get back on M6. Only downside is 30 min walk to ground.

I send a text to let her know that we left the car in front of her house but not reply received. I know that it was not necessary but as is a bit odd leave the car in front of someone house it is reassuring receive a feedback

Was easy to find and the ground was about 25min walk away. The walk to Villa park is more or less a straight walk so found the ground easily. I would use again.

Findiing the place was easy, thanks for thr 2nd Post Code. Leaving was great back on the M6 in a few minutes. It took us 30mins to get to the ground and i do not walk slow. End of the road turn left to go by the Lakes or right to go via the M6 underpass, we went via the M6 underpass as the lady in the house wasnt sure which was quicker.

Would recommend. I used the space to park while going to Villa Park. It is quiet, residential and safe. Quite a walk to the ground but very conveniently next to the Motorway for a quick exit after the match and away from the post-match traffic.

New estate, very quiet and safe. Very friendly and prompt contact. 25 minute walk to Aston Villa's ground. Easy walk with Google maps. Best bit: 3 minutes onto motorway after game with no queues.
