The drive-way is at the front of the house the gates and fencing is iron not wood (up to a large van can enter) you will need to come is slowly so that the car doesn’t scratch against the gates' you will have to do a couple of manoeuvres if you need to go backwards in to the driveway'. The gates will be open on the day if not they can be open easily

Great, quiet location for Villa Park. 10 min leg stretch to ground. Would def use again. Recommend turning left out of Clifton Rd when leaving, to avoid queues, it worked for us yesterday.
