As usual, despite Leon being faced with a huge logistical problem, all was perfect! Thanks so much, Leon! The efficiency and ease of convenient and reasonable parking made our day at the T20 Blast finals very enjoyable indeed.

Quite simply everything is perfect. Location, communication, friendliness, price. This is the second year running we have used Leons property to park for Edgbaston Cricket ground. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the ground and easy to access, safe and secure. Leaving the ground is so much easier and parking here saves you easily 45 minutes when you leave the game. The host always meets and greets you. This year I was called on the morning of the game by Leon to advise me that his drive was being relaid and could not be parked on. Not to worry, he had arranged alternative parking on the drive next door. He gave me directions, advised on local traffic restrictions, set a cone by the drive so it could be easily spotted and meet us on arrival. Quite simple the best service, best location. You could not want for anything more.

I would give Zero stars if permitted. I've tried to contact you for resolution of my dissatisfaction and had it inferred that I lied, was addressed with the wrong name and advised your "small print" authorised you to take Paypal payment I had not agreed first. Disgraceful method of operating and Zero level of Customer service - will never use you again and would encourage everyone I know not to fall into the same trap
