Brilliant. We'd contacted Charlie earlier so we had a contact number which was useful as we were held up in traffic. She had to go out but we were able to arrange things with her and there were no problems at all. She even wrote out instructions for how to walk into town. The walk was easy. It did involve some steps but that could have been avoided if necessary. The car was in a secure garage - much better than a car park!
Would definitely recommend, and will use again if we return to Bath. Thanks Charlie
