doesn't accurately report parking availability. fully knowing what's available in my city, curiously downloaded and did a search in my destination area for 1) ANY available parking within walking vicinity 2) available EV spaces in the ENTIRE city (not just my destination). only one result yielded for the former, and it was roughly 2mi from my ultimate destination. was pretty excited for the reported Android Auto support, but who cares- this app isn't even as useful as a paper tourist map

Hi - our service will show spaces added onto our platform by private space owners or at managed locations we have an agreement with. If you still feel there may be an error, however, pleas send over the details via help@justpark.com and we can investigate further.

Poor app. Unreliable doesn't show your account or bookings unless uninstall and reinstall. Cant open car park barrier. You need to ask staff to issue a ticket to exit anyway. And then app charges you more than car park rate (and then adds fees on top of over charge). What is the point of using "JustPants"? Just go to the car park and save money and time.

Hi Majid - if your bookings aren't showing up, this usually occurs when a user has 2 accounts and is logged in on the wrong one (often without realising). We'd advise to double check and if issues persist, please send the details to help@justpark.com so we can investigate. Thanks!

Great to be able to pay for parking. But lacking in notifications so easy for users to forget to stop parking when you return to your car. Should be an option to enable hourly notifications to remind you that the app is running. Also it is clunky when you access the app to stop parking. The current parking does not appear immediately. The user has to look for it.
