There was No space available after making a booking. We missed the beginning of my nephews wedding ! Fortunately some workmen were leaving but we waited for 20 minutes. After contacting your chat service I was told that people extend their bookings so spaces are not always available. You should either contact me to offer another space before my allocated time so as to not inconvenience me or offer the previous customer to another car park. I asked for a refund but was not given a good enough reason why you could not give one.
