I booked this parking space and paid £31 for two nights. I text the owner on the day of travel and received a text to say "if there's another car parked there just park behind it" which I did for the first night however it was a very narrow street so on the second night because of this car being there (IN THE SPACE I'D PAID FOR!) and now other people parking on the street, if I'd have parked behind it no cars would have been able to get in or out of that street. I tried twice to contact the owner but got no answer and no call back so I ended up having to pay again to stay overnight at an NCP car park.
Disappointed by this as up until this point the owner seemed very helpful but when there was an issue i was unable to contact anyone. Realistically in my opinion there shouldn't have been a car in the space I paid for in the first place, surely that's why people use this service.
I've taken photos and shall be contacting just park for a part refund as I couldn't use the space on the second night.
