No ideal. Confusing to park. You enter under a private residence to get to the hotel car park. Residents rude. Wouldn't use again.

Hotel had no knowledge of my booking so ANPR would not let me in and out. Car park itself was fine and suited my needs. Hotel billed me as well but they resolved this issie. Think there needs to be better communication between Just Park and Hotel

So glad we parked there. Very good for the heliport. We had to contact the hotel for access but it didn’t delay us too much. Would recommend.

Only inconvenience was checking in...and maybe as there was offload parking nearby due to construction

Very impressed. Only issue was when we arrived the barrier did not open as our number plate was not recognised and had to fo to reception.

Five stars for the opportunity but....Arrived later than expected, after midnight, and checked with front desk for access details. Confirmed we were booked in and told where and how to access the car park. Drove in OK but then couldn't find the way out of the car park. The vehicle access shutter was closed, the access to the hotel was locked, an access near the shutter was locked. Roamed around under ground for 20 minutes trying to find a way out, now 1.20am. As underground, no mobile phone signal! Looked as though I and my daughter were going to spend an uncomfortable night! Found an intercom to the concierge in the apartments above but a notice said it wasn't working but please ring xxxxxx. Tried three times to phone before we managed to get a poor signal but fortunately concierge, after some discussion, gave us access to get out. Checked with the same front desk man who said he would give us a fob to open the door from car park to hotel. When we finally left the Car Park we checked with front desk at the hotel who said we should have been given the fob in the first place. They apologised and said that the door from the car park to the hotel was sometimes open and sometimes locked. Suggest Just Park put something on their instructions to advise customers to obtain fob prior to parking. Suggest Crowne Plaza train their front desk staff to ensure customers get means of leaving a locked underground car park. Could have been very distressing had we not managed to eventually get a phone signal and the co-operation of the next property's concierge.

would have been 5 stars but when I arrived the camera didn't recognise my number plate so didn't open up the door. I pressed the call button 3 or 4 times but no one answered. I waited for someone to drive out to get in . then went into hotel and dispite having my car reg on the system they resubmitted . but then had same trouble on way out . great parking space at low cost

Great parking space, but it doesn't make clear this is valet parking - the driver fiddled with the electronics in my car (turning on the parking lights to park and didn't tell me they were changed) - parking lights shouldn't be left for an extended period. This drained the battery and shorted the engine management system on the drive home. So thanks for that. I'd probably avoid it.
