Worked out fine. Although quite far from the centre the easy (and pleasant) short walk to the Luas tram makes it practical. It's about 10-15 mins ride to the terminus at Stephen's Green in the centre of Dublin. Owner responded quickly to contacts. There is a locked gate between the parking space and the tram access path for which no entry card or code is provided - you depend on others being around to open it with a card. This worked out fine but it's possible that at certain times of day/night the wait could be longer.
