I had last minute plans to visit America for Christmas and I did not want to worry about my car on the street in Verdun. The spot owner was very flexible and allowed me to drop off on Christmas Eve. I stayed one week and picked up my car without needing to contact him since the area was open from the street. My car had no snow around it and looked in great shape. I felt very safe parking my car here, and the spot owner was very friendly when we spoke on the phone. I will definitely call him up if I need another spot to park in!
