Public transport closure

FAQs

With the current Coronavirus pandemic, our NHS is struggling to meet the numbers of patients coming into hospitals. They are facing a lot of issues at the moment, one of which is the severe lack of parking for both NHS staff and critical care workers.

JustPark is in a unique position to be able to offer free parking around hospitals to help alleviate this issue as much as possible for healthcare workers.

Adding your car park to JustPark takes just 2 minutes.

No, we will not be charging any drivers or space owners for participating in this campaign. There aren’t any hidden fees or costs either.

No, we never charge our space owners to list their space on our service. There are no hidden fees to worry about either.

We aim to quality check and approve our listings within 24 hours. You will be notified by email when your listing is approved or if there are any changes required first.

Absolutely! You can add sites one by one using the link on this page. If you have more than 10 sites, please email marketing@justpark.com and we’ll do what we can to help.

Yes, we can make a certain number of your spaces available for free and set the rest at a price you suggest. However, JustPark are waiving our fees to all users with an NHS email address, and we would encourage all businesses to offer our healthcare workers as much as they can during the pandemic.

We encourage all space owners close to hospitals and healthcare centres to make their spaces available for free during this crisis, but space owners on JustPark can set their own pricing and so we’re not able to enforce this. However, we are waiving all our fees on the spaces that are still chargeable for healthcare workers with an NHS email address.

No, we will only set new listings to be free. As an existing space owner, you won’t see any change to your pricing. However, we urge space owners near hospitals to consider if they can help the NHS with us and offer their space free.
