What’s the interview process at JustPark?

The interview process varies from role to role to allow us to assess the knowledge, experience and behaviours required for each position. We’ll let you know what the process looks like as part of our initial conversations. 

One thing that forms part of every interview process is our values interview. It’s an opportunity for us to make sure that JustPark is the right fit for how you work and that there’s a strong fit to our culture.

I’m a recruitment agency/headhunter. Who do I talk to about JustPark’s recruitment?

We take our recruitment process very personally, after all, hiring the very best people is critical to our success and to making JustPark such a great place to work. That means most of our recruitment is done direct. 

We do work with a small number of trusted agency partners from time to time. We maintain a PSL of companies that have developed a great understanding of our business, our strategy and our values. Our PSL is managed by our People team - If you’d like to register your interest in joining our PSL please email recruitment@justpark.com and we’ll be in touch should we decide there is a need to review our PSL.

Will I be told if I’ve been unsuccessful?

Always. We’ll provide an update on the status of your application once we have reviewed all the applications.

If I’m unsuccessful, will you provide me with feedback?

Given the volume of applications we receive, we can’t always give individual feedback on CVs. However, we will provide detailed feedback following any interview.
