Several problems from start to finish. Discount from hotel (stayed in York) would not work on mobile site or app. Found out AFTERWARDS this can only be applied on the desktop, so I didn't get the discount. On arrival I had to queue for 30 minutes and the camera did not recognise my reg number so a ticket was issued. Having been told I had an allocated space, it wasn't clear this was ANY space so I had to call Just Park. Sat in telephone queue to then be told nobody could take my call. During the stay I took my car out and was told I had to pay. Thankfully the car park staff were able to help. The same thing happened each time I left. I will definitely not be using Just Park again! A complete state of confusion throughout!

Secure and maned. So no issues relating to safe and secure. The only issue we had was getting access to the car park as we had a slot booked from 1300hrs and due to traffic delays we didn't get there until around 1400hrs but then need to queue to get in. The only thing we could think of was people were returning late to their vehicles so this was creating hold ups.

Only one issue someone who parked next to me drove in at an angle bad parking only just managed to get in or I would of had to climb over from the passenger side otherwise nice and easy

Queued for over an hour to go so paid for an hour we couldn't use, took ages to find a parking place wglhich made us late for our attraction so had to wait for another slot resulting in not being able to finish our day w3le had planned for our granddaughters 13th birthday, they call it the shambles well all I can say it was a shambles!!

Light and clan car park, felt safe.
My car was damaged on left bumper by another car, presumably the one parked that side. Space size standard, just poor drivers.
