I was unable to find the car park so I had to pay for another car park nearby. There was no adequate signage. I wasted my money paying in advance for my parking.

Very unclear signage about the different Trackside Car Park areas - there are more than one and this is not clear at the site. The one I entered was full and this caused a lot of anxiety about missing my train from the station nearby. Eventually I found there was another section in this car park and just made my train. Signage needs to be improved.
