When I got there the underground carpark was very small, about 9/10 bays all full apart from one very tight corner surrounded by building materials!

I was little concerned about the safety of my car as there was a lot of builders materials roughly housed in the carpark spaces leaving it hard to find a space where I was initially told.
The manager was very good and made sure that my car was in a safe place so I'm happy with the result. It was a great spot to be able to park in, and on the strength of that I stayed at thd Hotel too. Thank you

Didn't actually use the parking space in the end ....someone else's fault who changed our plans therefore I 100% wasted that money.
The 'justpark' service is absolutely fine!!

Great parking, felt safe and the hotel staff was very helpful. Fitted my GLC in ok, entrance a little tight though. happily found a space on its own so space wasn't an issue, however some of the other spaces looked limited
