Very easy to pre-book and reasonably priced and very clean. Would use again

I did not uses it but could not cancel !

Despite the app saying that the reg plate readers at the gates would read my plates and let me in and out this was not the case. I had to take a ticket as if I had just turned up on entry, and had to use the intercom help button on exit. with the barriers not lifting on entry or exit for me, and taking a ticket despite the app telling me not to, I had a concern through my stay (two days) that I may have issues with having to pay again. Thankfully, soon after arrival I spoke to support through the app and was told that they could potentially let me out remotely or refund my booking should I have to pay again. In the end it was neither as the park security allowed my exit. The car park itself was good and I felt happy leaving my car there. Just be wary of the barriers not reading your registration.

All good - barrier recognised my number plate and spaces are good size. The exit barrier didn't recognise number plates, so several of us had to press the button for help and wait to be manually let out of the car park and a queue built up. It would be great if they could update the exit barriers to match the incoming ones.

Easy to find, no problems with barrier, parking easy, super central location for the harbour side.

Easy booking. Easy to find. The only issue was that the barrier did not open as the camera did not recognise my reg number. Therefore had to take a ticket & on leaving had to give explanation to customer support which delayed the process. All good in the end.

It was very misleading and not at all clear that there were 2 car parks in millennium Square in Bristol. Your parking did say Bristol Harbourside MSCP so when I saw the sign saying Millenium Square Car Park I assumed I was in the right place as I didn't see the other car park. I think this should have been noted on the email. So I ended up paying for parking in 2 car parks whilst only driving 1 car. This was the first time I've used your app and because of this mix up I can't say I'm too impressed. It was an expensive enough visit without paying for 2 car parks! I also found out whilst visiting that I'm not the only person that has made this error!
