Our car parking facility is located in the multi-storey just on the left-hand side of the hotel, on Newmarket Avenue BS1 2EL; via Wine Street (same as the property). Our car park is available to access 24 hours a day. Please note the car park has a height restriction of 1.8 metres.
Our car park is operated by Parking Eye and you must register your vehicle’s registration details on check in to the hotel to avoid parking fines.
Bristol Council have made many changes recently, please double-check your route before setting off as many roads in the centre of Bristol have been closed to traffic or made one-way routes. The only way to reach our hotel is via Wine Street.
Bristol's Clean Air Zone will come into operation on Monday 28 November 2022.
Please check on the Bristol.gov.uk website for all information on pricing and registering vehicles before travelling.

Good morning.
As you can detect from your records we never used the car park.
We did spend an hour trying to get in but due to all road being closed this was not possible, even with the help of the police.
So we had to use alternative parking which cost us £24.60.
I would very much like you to refund the £10.99 you took yesterday, please confirm to me when this has been completed.

Good secure parking spot right in the centre of town. Easy to book and find, space was a bit tight for my large estate but I got in ok without too much manoeuvring

You have to work out how to get through the ticket barrier and then hold the ticket up to the garage door and other people are coming the other way so it's a bit stressful

safe and secure. ticket to enter but you need to call at reception to get your exit ticket. spaces are tight for larger cars but my fiesta was fine. Will use again.
