Easy to find and safe. Great location and fair price.

No real signs to say we paid so we paid again. Would be good to be refunded one lot of £6.00

Parking was pretty straightforward, camera-controlled car park so easy entry and exit. Seems as though it'd be trivial to make it possible to leave and return at this location, but it wasn't available so I only got to use a small portion of my pre-paid parking - this was clear on the listing I just missed it so only 1 star for the inconvenience factor.

I had to pay on exit as the payment hadn’t gone through! So I believe I’ve paid for this car park twice! May aswell pay car park directly!

I booked online in advance which was really easy. We arrived a little after the booked time parked up and went out for the evening. When we returned we just drove out, no queuing to pay and completely stress free.

I was charged the normal parking fee when leaving the car park. No staff around to assist, the machine wouldn’t give me a receipt now I’m trying to get a refund from just park. I can confirm there was a swift reply to say a refund was being processed. I then received an email stating a credit was added to my wallet. I have emailed twice to confirm I would like a refund to the original payment card and not the just park account and now my emails are being ignored!!!! Terrible service!!

A great price for all day parking in a pretty central area of Birmingham only 10-15 mins walk from the main canal area and near a bus stop if you don't want to walk. The instructions were clear and the whole reservation process really straightforward.

Good, easy to find car park. Lots of spaces and clean facilities.

Well lit, with ample space. Felt strange not physically paying at the machine, just driving straight off. Female with 10 year old child attending evening concert at Utilita, felt very comfortable using car park, plenty of other users at same time. Will use again.
